My experience as a clinician has led me to develop a tailored approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy models.
In addition to psychotherapy, I offer a coaching option for individuals who are seeking structured, goal-oriented guidance without a clinical focus. Together, we can determine whether therapy or coaching best supports your needs and goals.
I strive to help you build confidence in your ability to move forward by minimizing fear and guiding you toward tangible, realistic outcomes. My approach is mindful and balanced, combining non-judgmental, empathic listening with a natural sense of directness that encourages clarity and forward movement.
I welcome clients who are open to the challenges of personal growth and are motivated to engage in meaningful, lasting change.
I guide my clients with a focused approach highlighting on these steps:
DISCOVER - Identify your goals, beliefs, and layers of self.
RELEASE - Disconnect from negative beliefs and let go of destructive behaviors and thoughts associated with those beliefs.
PLAN - Find new coping strategies to stay ahead of challenging situations.
MOVE FORWARD - Implement and support your renewed self and healthier behaviors.
Your sessions will be
Personalized
Our initial sessions are dedicated to gaining a comprehensive understanding of your current well-being and what has brought you to seek support. During this time, I will ask thoughtful questions to get to know you more fully and to explore whether a psychotherapy, coaching, or integrated approach is the best fit for your needs.
From there, we will collaborate on creating a personalized plan that aligns with your unique goals—whether that involves deeper therapeutic work or forward-focused coaching.
Targeted
Everyone has emotional pain points or “triggers” that can impact their overall well-being and ability to move forward. Together, we will work to identify and better understand these patterns, using a psychotherapy and/or coaching lens depending on your goals.
Through this process, I will support you in developing the insight and practical tools needed to navigate challenges, reduce reactivity, and move toward meaningful, tangible progress.
Integrative
Meaningful growth often extends beyond our sessions together. As part of our work—whether through psychotherapy or coaching, I will guide you in incorporating supportive practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and reflective writing.
These tools are intended to help you build awareness, reinforce progress, and stay engaged in your growth outside of our time together.
