Paulson Executive Mental Health was created to support founder-led organizations with a more thoughtful and personalized alternative to traditional Employee Assistance Programs. Rather than brief, referral-based services, I provide consistent, confidential care through an ongoing relationship with a dedicated clinician.

I work with California-based founder-led organizations and independent firms with fewer than 50 employees. My services support team members navigating high-responsibility roles who may be experiencing burnout, anxiety, or personal stress.

Sessions focus not only on emotional insight, but also on communication, regulation, resilience, and sustaining performance within demanding roles.
