How are sessions structured?

  • Sessions will be scheduled directly between myself and participating employees.

  • Each session will be tailored to individual needs, focusing on stress management, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, or other identified mental health concerns.

  • Sessions are via tele-health platform

  • All therapy services will comply with HIPAA regulations. No individual employee health information will be shared with the employer.


Because I provide EAP-style mental health services, all cost-related benefits are fully deductible

under IRS §162 as “ordinary and necessary” business expenses.

  • Unlimited sessions for up to 8 employees

  • Quarterly wellness workshop or training for entire staff

  • Quarterly workplace wellness strategy consultation with employers/managers

  • Personalized care coordination (referrals, clinical letters of recommendation, collaboration with medical providers if needed)

Each support plan lasts six months, with an easy option to renew. Your needs matter and we can adjust the plan for you anytime during the contract term.
